We do not accept returns. We accept exchanges on some items.
Exchanges must be made within 5 business days of delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
non-returnable items: All Accessories and Consignment items are final sale.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item please send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you the address to where to ship your exchange.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then email you once your new item has been shipped.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for rexchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
